Data processed

Browsing data: the systems running this website collect, in the course of normal operation, certain technical data (such as IP address, browser type, time of request) needed for the site to work and remain secure.

Data provided voluntarily: when you complete the contact form we collect your name, company, email, phone (optional), type of request, revenue band and the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

Form data is processed solely to respond to your request and for any pre-contractual communication (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), based on the consent given when submitting (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Browsing data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security and proper functioning of the site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Processing and recipients

Data is processed electronically with appropriate security measures. The contact form uses an email-forwarding service acting as data processor. Data may be shared with Quantum Group companies only where necessary to respond to your request. Data is not disclosed publicly.

Retention

Form data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, where a contractual relationship follows, for the period required by law. Browsing data is kept only for as long as strictly necessary.

Your rights

Under Articles 15-22 GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@as-protech.org. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
